Rene Marie Russo was an American film director, actor and supermodel. She is known for her beautiful beauty and her endurance in the intense film industry is a reflection of her talents and abilities as performer. She began modeling during the 1970s. Soon, she became one the top models. Then, in the mid 1990s, she began studying theatre and acting. Then she moved to Los Angeles and California she began to make her stage debuts. Rose Namajunas was one of the top female athletes in the UFC. She began her professional career in amateur fighting, where she participated in various regional competitions. After joining the UFC in 2011, she became famous because of the fame she had achieved in and out of the Octagon. Namajunas was born on the 29th of June, 1992 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to a Lithuanian immigrant family. Rose played basketball and kickboxing as a child. Invicta Fighting Championships provided her with the opportunity to make her debut as a professional at age 18 when she submitted two competitors. Dana White, who was paying close attention to her at the moment, signed her in the UFC strawweight division for December 2014. She was just turning 22. Rose has had highs and her lows as well throughout her professional career, but she always came out on winning. Rose was a part of Carla Esparza to win the Women s Strawweight Championship in The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale. Rose won with a technical knockout that lasted less than three minutes in Round One. Rose was also awarded Fighter Of The Night and was a pioneer in the sport as it marked the first time that a woman has ever been a fighter on a level of championships within a major promotion organisation all over the world. Namajunas then went on to win several other fights. She also defeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, earning the Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
